Warranty Service (In-Home or In-Business):

Disposal Equipment Service provides in-home or in-business service for In-Sink-Erator's full
line of domestic and commercial food waste disposers and hot water dispensers...

Service is limited to the Central Indiana area, which includes a seventy-five (75) mile radius
outside of Marion.   This includes the cities, and surrounding areas of Terre Haute, Richmond,
Kokomo, and Bedford, Indiana.  

Aqua Cooler Service provides factory authorized in-home or in-business warranty service
for Ebco, Oasis, Elkay, Halsey-Taylor, Sunroc, and Cordley's, extensive lines of water
coolers, chilled remote units, drinking fountains, bottled water units, point-of-use water
coolers, drinking fountains and hot water heaters...*

*Warranty service is limited to an area within Marion, Hancock, Hamilton, Hendricks, and              
 Johnson Counties, in Indiana, unless pre-authorized from the manufacturer to travel                     
 outside these areas.

Disposal Equipment Service offers factory authorized in-home or in-business warranty
service for Sussman Mr. Steam generators...*


Warranty Service (In-Shop):

Aqua Cooler Service/ Disposal Equipment Service also offers factory authorized, in-shop,
service  located at our shop, at 5844 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219, U.S.A.,
for all of the manufacturers we represent.  Our customers are welcome to bring in their
defective unit for service...

Out-Of-Warranty Service (In-Home or In-Business) :

Disposal Equipment Service offers in-home or in-business out-of- warranty service for
In-Sink-Erator's full line of domestic and commercial food waste disposers and hot water
dispensers.  We are not restricted to the areas to which we can travel to perform in-home
or in-business out-of- warranty service.  

Domestic disposers -- disposers installed in the home, and designed for home usage --          
are serviced at the rate of seventy-five ($75.00) per hour, with a one (1) hour minimum...
After one hour, the rate is calculated on the one-half hour...

Commercial Disposers -- disposers installed in a business, and designed for business            
usage -- are serviced at the rate of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per hour, with a one (1)         
hour minimum......
After one hour, the rate is calculated on the one-half hour...

Aqua Cooler Service offers factory authorized in-home or in- business out-of- warranty
service for Ebco, Tri-Palm (Oasis), Elkay, Halsey-Taylor, Sunroc, and Cordley's, extensive
lines of water coolers, chilled remote units, drinking fountains, bottled water units,
point-of-use water coolers, drinking fountains and hot water heaters, and for Sussman Mr.
Steam generators.  Aqua Cooler Service is not limited by the areas to which it can, and will,
travel to provide expertise service on these products.

All of the above-listed water cooler products are serviced at the rate of seventy-five dollars
($75.00) per hour, with a one (1) hour minimum...
After one hour, the rate is calculated on the one-half hour...
